MASTERPLAN

The Innovation Campus Master Plan reflects the iC commitment to create synergies between people, enterprises and their workplaces. It promotes linkages between the buildings, the natural environment, and public art.

The Plan sets design and planning criteria, allied to the overall iC objectives, for site uses, maximum building heights and gross floor areas, setback distances, building character and appearance, landscaping and environmental design and management.

Construction on iC is governed by Wollongong City Council's Local Environmental Plan and Development Control Plan.
