iC Enterprise 1 (iC-E1)

Enterprise 1 is an innovative 10,000 square-metre building designed to house some of the University of Wollongong’s most valued collaborative partners.

Located in the heart of the Innovation Campus, iC Enterprise 1 is a $40 million A Grade commercial building featuring a 4.5 Star NABERS (National Australian Built Environment Rating System) rating, state-of-the-art design and large floor plates of up to 2600sqm.

Four floors of dedicated office space allow businesses to share a unique campus environment while enjoying direct access to the University’s students and graduates, recognised nationally for their work-ready skills.

E1 is an exciting addition to the $500 million Innovation Campus and is already home to foundation tenants Tickets.com, the NSW Cancer Council, Australian Health Services Research Institute (AHSRI), Andrew Corporation, BHP Billiton Illawarra Coal and MphasiS.
