GETTING TO iC

iC is located in the picturesque Illawarra region just 80kms from the Sydney CBD, 40 minutes from Sydney's southern suburbs and one hour from Sydney International Airport.

The site is five minutes north of the Wollongong CBD. It enjoys the advantages of proximity to Sydney, Australia's leading financial centre and Asia-Pacific headquarters for many international corporations.

BY ROAD

From North

Follow the F6 Southern Freeway south down Mount Ousley Road and take the Wollongong CBD Exit left. Follow this road to the roundabout and turn left onto the Princes Highway. Turn right at the third set of traffic lights onto Elliotts Road and right again onto Squires Way. The iC entrance is located on the right at the next set of traffic lights.

From South

Travel north along the F6 Freeway and take the North Wollongong exit. Turn right onto Flinders Street and left onto Bourke Road. Turn left again at Virginia Street, go straight through the roundabout and turn left again onto George Hanley Drive. Turn left at the first set of traffic lights into the Innovation Campus.

BY PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Rail

The Innovation Campus is ideally situated between North Wollongong Rail Station and Fairy Meadow Rail Station. Visit the below links for full timetable information. If you are travelling by rail to the iC it is best to disembark at Wollongong Rail Station and catch the free Gong Shuttle service to the Campus.

Bus

The Free Gong Shuttle service operates on a loop that connects iC with UOW, Wollongong Hospital, Wollongong Railway Station, the city centre, North Wollongong, Fairy Meadow Railway Station and the TAFE Campus at North Wollongong. Click on the link to the left for further timetable information.
